Number of fare dodgers in public transport keeps on decreasing: 4863 fined in July

Statistics of "Rīgas satiksme" about ticket inspections made in Riga public transport (buses, trolleybuses, trams) in July 2015:

Number of fare dodgers fined in public transport:

Trolleybuses	1467
Trams	1386
Total:	4863
including:
Fine receipts	1084
Fine bills	3779

It is by 484 fare dodgers less than in June 2015, when 5347 passengers were fined for fare dodging in public transport.

Number of ticket inspections made in public transport:
Buses	11049
Trolleybuses	6581
Trams	4339
Total:	21969

Just to compare: 21929 ticket inspections were made in June 2015, which is by 40 less than in July 2015.

In July 2015, the maximum number of fare dodgers was fined on trolleybus route No. 15 (388), whereas the minimum number (0) on bus route No. 34.
